Bill annually attends many product seminars that include physical hands-on learning, so they can keep current with new product lines. Bill is a certified Hunter Douglas Installer from blinds to shutters. He has attended drapery courses for up to a week at a time although he has been in the industry since 1979. The industry continues to grow Bill continues to learn along with business to better accommodate their customers.
